Chadburn Road Day of Action – A Chance for Residents to Be Heard

Mansfield District Council will be holding a Day of Action on Chadburn Road on Tuesday 18 August 2026, from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.

The Council has confirmed that the Housing and Anti-Social Behaviour Team will be joined by Compliance, Parks & Open Spaces and Community Safety teams.

The event forms part of a wider action plan responding to ongoing reports of anti-social behaviour, criminal activity and other concerns affecting Chadburn Road and the immediate surrounding area.

What will be happening?

During the morning, Council officers and partner teams are expected to carry out a range of activities, including:

• Estate inspections to identify housing and environmental concerns.

• Street cleansing.

• Engagement with tenants and residents.

• Identification and investigation of possible tenancy breaches.

• Gathering information relating to crime and anti-social behaviour.

• Providing advice, support and signposting.

• Speaking directly with residents about local concerns.

Council officers will be present throughout the morning and available to speak with people living in the area.
